you are allowed to post your unfinished application here, yes. but. you only have a week, all right? we don't want apps sitting here for a month collecting dust. so a week is more than fair to finish an application, all right? if a week has passed and it's still undone, then it will be moved to the archives. when it is done, please delete it form this board and post it in the pending board.

well hey. not everyone can make it okay? if yours doesn't make the cut the first time, no worries; you have a week from when we post in your application to fix it up so we can accept it. if you don't though, or if you start a bitch fit with us, then you'll be denied. sorry folks, we're not taking bullshit this time around.
